Reviews for The Flute & Firkin

I used to go to the Flute every Friday night when I was 17/18 and it was great fun! Back then, about half of my school year turned up every week so it was brilliant bumping into people you know. They play cheesy music along with some classic old school songs :)

Drinks are averagely priced (for Liverpool). There's a space in front of the DJ box which turns into a dancefloor when enough people get drunk. I think they close at 3am but I can't remember. Sometimes you have to pay to get in if it's pretty full (usually under £5). It's a really fun place for a night out if you don't want to go for a full-on club but want something more exciting than just a pub.
