    very nice, very nice indeed

The pizza here is really good. I would go there just for the pizza. I mean it really. And what makes it even better is the atmosphere inside the place. The moment you walk in you know that this is where you want to be. Great place to meet people, to take people, to just hang around. It’s a normal pub but it has got something about it which you will notice when you walk in. There is a range of beers which I have not much experience in drinking as I tend to stick with spirits but there are a lot. The prices are good, standard like everywhere else. But yea if you want to go relax and have pizza. This is the place.

tradiotal pub live music great beers and ales
    Current
this is a traditional pub with two bar areas one of which is used for live music. theres a great selection of guest beers ales and ciders from around the world which alter fortnightly.
live music occurs during weekends along with acoustic acts during the week. Along with this there is a regular pizza night on a wednesday and a quiz night on a wednesday. Drink prices are reasonable for the city centre and you are always offered to try your drink before buying due to the many guest beers ales and ciders.

The only thing that an sometimes let it down is the beer garden which is rather small.

a great pint and a pizza!

The drinks selection here is wonderful they have a guest ale every week, which is always a good surprise, and they let you try a bit before you buy. They do a good range of spirit including gentleman jack single barrel, and a great range of bottles. The atmosphere is relaxed and the music is not too loud. The prices are about average for Leicester with a half of the guest ale being £1.50 - £2. Last week I had an apple wheat beer, which was lovely and refreshing.

They sell the best pizza ever which the smell alone will make you drool. This place worth a visiting as you will keep visiting time and time again!
