Reviews for The Terrace
As my wife’s family is based in Leicester, I often visit bars and restaurants in the area. The Terrace Bar, based in the city centre is somewhere I have visited twice, but for two quite separate occasions.
The first was when the bar hosted our champagne reception for roughly thirty people, and we had the place all to ourselves as they did not normally open at that time of day. They opened an hour early just for our special day, a request which they had kindly agreed to.
Inside, the red brick walls and wooden floors make for pleasing surroundings and the comfy leather sofas add to the overall comfort of the spacious bar.
Live music is often played at night, and this was heard on my second visit to the bar. An excellent cover band provided the soundtrack to the night, playing indie and rock from the 1990s and 2000s.
The staff seemed very friendly, the atmosphere was great and interior was very pleasing on the eye.
