After only asking about the service charge at the bar [we were a party of 7] by the time we got back to our table our drinks that we had paid for were being removed by a very rude and agressive waiter, we were also asked to leave in a very threatening way, one waiter bent down right into my friends ear and said leave now, another friend was physically pushed out of the way, [ she is seeking legal advice on an assault issue], all this because we did'nt pay the OPTIONAL service charge, well after one of our party waited 1 and a half hours for her meal, we did'nt think the service was that good to be honest ,[ we did'nt argue, we only asked for an explanation which we thought we were entitled to], as there was no mention of it on the menus nor anywhere else. Then we were escorted out of the restaurant by the bouncers, [we were 7 females by the way we were not rude and unruly] and left outside on the pavement for 35 minutes until our taxi arrived they did'nt even allow us to use their toilets before putting us out BEWARE AT BIBIS AT LEEDS
