Reviews for Viva Cuba

Viva Cuba Kirkstall is quite unassuming from the outside, but inside is all wood and shadows, lit by big candles on each table.

The range of food is great, and though you'll need several dishes per person, the problem will be choosing what not to have rather than wondering what to order!

We went as a group of 4 and the table was almost groaning under the weight of all the dishes - there was exactly the right amound for 4 hungry troopers on a mission to eat some tapas!

Staff were efficient and it was quiet on the saturday afternoon we went

Viva Cuba situated on Kirkstall Road offers a wide range of fantastic food and drink. It's cosy and intimate interior provides a relaxed and truely authentic atmosphere.

On one of many recent exersions I visited Viva Cuba for my birthday. The service as always was excellent, myself and my party ordered a wide range of tapas from the vast and amost appetising menu. The portions were extremely generous and all dishes were to the highest and authentic Cuban standard.

To accompany our main meal we also sampled a wide range of alcoholic drinks from their menu. I highly recommend Cuban Heat for those who have a strong will and a strong head.

The food and drink were more than reasonably priced and try though we failed the vast quanities of food placed before us, though we did finish the drinks. All in all a fabulous birthday in line with all other wonderful visits to this establishment.

I recommend that everyone in Leeds experiences Viva Cuba. Viva viva Cuba.

The branch in the town centre is great. They often have live salsa bands and theres sometimes salsa classes. They do great cocktails and tapas food.

If you like latin or spanish food a music this is one of the places to go in Leeds. Great place with awesome food, beer and wine. You will really enjoy the tasty flavour of the cuban food. Although it is small and it may look like a pub you can go with your kids and you will be very welcome.

Crowded, noisy little place with great food and an upstairs balcony bar to get drinks from while waiting for food. The food is great, though the servings are pretty small. I haven't been to many tapas places so I can't really compare. The food tastes good and the music isn't bad either. Long queues in the evening so go early.

The environment is pretty crowded and the tables seem to be arranged in a very random organised chaos manner that suits the place perfectly. The staff is pretty friendly and efficient though you can tell they don't really like people sitting around too long after you finish your meal (if there are people who're still waiting for a table). Overall a good place to have dinner, but not a romantic date.
