Sticky floors and mellow vibes
when i first went to this underground dive i loved the eighties feel of it, i felt like i was on the set of a youth tv show from that era. after many visits my main feeling is the stickiness of the floors, like they have never been washed. the sound is pretty bad too. if you can get over this and if you love Radiohead and Joanna Newsome and a bunch of obscure stuff I would recommend Idioteque (2nd Friday of each month, £3 or £4 to get in) as the friendliest indie night ever. there are other rad nights on throughout the week too.
