Fibre is the best bar in Leeds gay or straight. Situated in the middle of 'gay leeds' opposite the viaduct, within spitting distance of the bridge and next to the notorious queens court it is a slice of cool in an otherwise cheesey and sometimes sleazy area!

The decor is cool and sleek, including the toilets, who knows how those taps work?! The music is cutting edge cool and the staff are hot - what more could you want!?

Don't come in if you're homophobic but if you're not you can be more than guaranteed a good night in this straight friendly bar, dress up not down.

Gay or straight, this club is a must when on a night out in Leeds! Not one for homophobics, you'll stand out like a sore thumb if you act awkwardly!

Great music, and a great atmosphere - great people! I'm straight and have been out with both gay and straight people to Fibre and an awesome night was had by all.

Drinks and price of entry are neither expensive nor cheap, just the norm for a night out in the city.

Electro and Dance music is all you will hear here though so definitley not one for Indie kids or people into RnB/Hip-Hop/Pop/Cheesey Disco/Rock!

Fibre is one of the best bars on the vibrant scene, leave any prejudices at the door and shimmy in to enjoy a great selection of music, impressive and rapidly provided drinks and a friendly happy vibe that some "straight" bars in Leeds lack.
No chavs, no fights, no meatheads wanting to smash your face in, the worst you can suffer is a z formation click if you don't meet the sartorial standards of the regulars, but all is in jest.
The music is fab for you dancing queens, the drinks selection is good if far from cheap and the party lasts all night!

If you've just moved to Leeds or your going on a one off night in Leeds, you have to visit Fibre. With some quality Electro and House music your guaranteed to have a good time.

The atmosphere is always friendly and there is never trouble of any kind. The people there are all there to have an awesome time and you can really tell when you walk into the club.

If you're put off because it's part of Leeds gay scene then don't be there is nothing to worry about, but make sure you have an open mind when you visit.

Drinks are also reasonably priced and i doubles up as a great place to go before you hit the big night espeicially if your going to an electro night such as glasshouse.

The best bar in Leeds. The music is always varied and is a great mixture of funky, electro, dirty and hard house. If you are heading out this way, bare in mind that Fibre is situated smack-bang in the middle of the Gay strip in Leeds. This bar is gay friendly, and trust me......it shows. Everyone is friendly and I have never once seen trouble.

I once got asked to show my stomach to the bouncer instead of paying the enterence fee. I did it and just like he said, I was let in for nothing. Im not gay personaly, but no-one tried to mallest me, and any flirting was taken in jest, just as it was offered.

Fibre is certainly one of the finest bars in leeds. The crowd are always well dressed in the latest gear, and the music is firmly funky house with a dash of electro.

Recommended as a pre club bar if you are going somewhere that is a house night. Drinks are reasonably priced. There are also afterparties that take place here at the weekend, look out for posters to find out!

On a weekend be prepared to queue and also dress appropriately, stripey jumpers et al will not be allowed in!!

Also please go there with an open mind as this place is unique, so bad attitudes should be left at the door.
