There's a reason it's called Nandos "Chickenland" - they serve nothing but chicken! This is a favourite place of mine to go after the cinema, which is just nearby. You have a choice of here, Frankie's or one of the other "fast food" type places, but I always choose Nandos because every time I'm in, it's a great experience.

It's very busy at night time, so usually you'll have to wait to be seated. In my own experience, it hasn't been too long - 10 or 15 minutes, tops - and you can have a drink or two while waiting, if you so desire. Once you're seated, its very comfortable - a family atmosphere, with no loud lager louts but enough chatter to allow you to talk around your table. I usually have the flame grilled chicken breast with a spicy sauce and french fries, but there's a vast array of chicken-related dishes if this isn't your thing. There's also very nice desserts if you're feeling very hungry!

The staff have always treated us well, and offer to refill your drinks and clear plates etc. very quickly, which is always appreciated.

I'd recommend the place for anybody who likes chicken - if you don't, then you'd do well to stay away!

Nandos is a traditional Portugese restaurant with a lot of decoration from olden times. It is well situated near the cineworld cinema so when I have just watched a movie and am very hungery I will just pop-in to Nandos and dine in there. The staff is very helpful and polite. The food is cery tasty but mind you very expensive. The food gets served hot and tender and the chips they make are absolutely delicious! All in all if you have just got out of the cinema and have a lot of money left just go to nandos and dine in there. Overall I give Nandoa 8/10.

This is a well located place off the main road.Surrounded by Toys r us,Currys and a small walking distance to the Newbury Park tube station.Very airy inside and it caters for both drive through service as well as dine in.Just shopping around this area why not pop in and enjoy the menu so loved by both young and old.There's a cash machine just is in case you run low on cash.Always clean environment and lovely staff.You can take a walk with your loved ones and pop in for a burger and drink.It suits every need and the opening hours are very good.Parking space is available for dine in visitors.The surroundings are more relaxed as the shop is not in the high street.

Nandos is a Portuguese-style chicken chain, specializing in flame grilled chicken and hot sauces. This one is situated on Clements Rd in Ilford next to various other restaurants such as (Frankie & Bennys and Bollywood grill)and the cinema (excellent for a movie and dinner date!). There is ample parking but it is all pay and display. It is also possible to go shopping at the exchange and walk to the restaurant...which I think many people do on the weekends. It is very crowded on saturday and sunday lunch times and you may have to wait for a table.

The interior is quite pleasant with plenty of seating and the walls are coloured in striking bold colours and the overall appearance is quite stimulating. The food is good and what do you get ... chicken ... lots of it. There is peri peri chicken which is the most famous and you can get chicken pitta, chicken burger, chicken salads and also platters with different cuts of chicken. The food is nice and spicy and you can make it even hotter with sauces!!

The service is good and we have never had any complaints to make, the price range is moderate and the whole experience is a positive one.
