  Decent place to eat

  The Beehive lane Harvester is one of the newly renovated pubs around in the area. There are several harvesters around but the interiors are rubbish - this one is nicely decorated and clean. We always go for a meal at least once a month. Sometimes they are busy (have to wait no more than 5 minutes) but most of time we get a table instantly. The service is good and the waiters are always friendly and helpful (we go with our 3yr old!!!. We absolutely love the salad bar and our favourite meal is the lamb steak. They also have a great selection of desserts. All in all, a decent place for a food or just evening drinks.

  where do i start - waited 15 mins to be seated - half an hour for order to be taken - an hour for food - waitress just threw cutlery in a bundle in the middle of the table - drinks took 20 mins to order and 15 mins to come - scampi hard and cold, wrong side order came - wrong descriptions of deserts - glasses dirty - food very badly presented - so called fruit skewers were just melon with 3 tiny pieces of pineapple and strawberries thrown on a plate with no skewers - toilets smelly, only one had paper out of five and the seat was soiled - car park has enormous puddles just by where the back passenger door opens in the parking spaces - mother in law no pleased soaking feet - not a good place for a meal - miss this one out!!!!
