It's been a while since I last ordered from GG, over a year, what has happened? The wonderful kebabs have gone. Tonight I ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs with chilli sauce, I got 2 kebabs with 1,000 island sauce. I called to complain but got grief for even daring to talk about my incorrect order (I wasn't rude at all). On closer inspection I could see that the chicken still had it's skin on, was not chicken breast as described by them (more like chicken wings/thighs) and had that jizzy thing going on. You know, the slimey nastiness you get with wrank chicken. They are apparently sending over another pair of 'babs with the right sauce, I'm going to leave them for my lodger's breakfast. I phoned GFC to apologise for having turned to the dark side. Since I no longer fancy kebab I've ordered a dominos.

I can't believe the worst kebab experience of my life happened here.

Really awful, go elsewhere, I'm a regular at GFC, they're cheaper and better.

I have used the Golden Grill for 10 years and no complaints, good food, friendly people, deliveries on time. But not tonight, timely tasty but not what we ordered! Phoned to point out the mistake and got a lot of abuse: who was that guy on the end of the phone ? not the usual, because they know us where we live and are convivial. He had no idea, shame on you!! Waiting call from theowner but doubt if he knows. Pity nice guy. Abuse who needs it?

Are you one of those people who only ever end up in a kebab shop at the shiny end of a good night out and end up regretting it in the morning? Then you need to try this place to find out that kebabs can be delicious without consuming a bucket load of alcohol beforehand.

The kebabs are so delicious here, and they deliver to your door in good time. I never understood the kebab thing, because from most places they are usually a greasy mess of overcooked meat resembling something that should never...ever be consumed. Well, fear not, for there is another way, the Golden Grill way!

Try it, you won't be disappointed.
