I absolutely love this place and, despite it being out of my way, I always make a special effort to get there once a month. The pub has a homely feel and seems popular with locals. I like this pub for the food, which is excellent. I have sampled various dishes from sausage and mash to tikka masala but my favourite is the roast beef baguette and roast potatoes. The menu is quite extensive (and includes a kids menu) and there are also specials on the blackboard. The prices are very reaonable...

The menu is quite extensive (and includes a kids menu) and there are also specials on the blackboard. The prices are very reaonable and the staff welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.
