as per standard for subway, lovely clean premises,fresh food, fresh bread, friendly staff, a must for something to eat straightaway, and to enjoy the experience.

Let me just say it - I love Subway in Grantham.

The staff are always friendly and make a great sub to boot! They always have a good selection of available breads and although they never have the full range available they always have my favourite (Honey Oat) so top marks from me for that.

All the meat and salad containers are refilled to perfection and always expertly inserted into your sub. One thing that can ruin a subway, in my opinion, is the timer on the oven when you are getting it toasted. Some Subways have it set for too long, others not enough but just like he little bears porridge, Grantham has theirs set 'just right'.

So - the food is great, the staff are great and the eating area is large enough that I've never had to wait for a seat. There has to be a downside, surely? Well yes there is but it's not really a big thing. It would appear that Subway has become the latest hang out for the youth of Grantham who like to hog all the comfy chairs whilst 8 of them share one 6" sub and a coke between them for what would appear to be 4 hours, thankfully the staff have always kept them in check when it has been needed but guys - people out of their teens like comfy seats too!
