    THE ULTIMATE underground experience. An absolutely fantastic day out for all the family should begin at St Enoch Underground station. With easy access to all parts of Glasgow, it plays host to friendly staff, friendlier ticket machines and a simply wonderful platform.

    Some would call my description of St Enoch underground over-effusive, but I beg to differ. I have had many pleasant experiences catching underground trains from this stop and would highly recommend the walk to St Enoch over Buchanan Street Underground any day of the week, rain or shine.

    Trains usually take at most 10 minutes to reach the platforms, averaging at around 4-5 minutes. Simply wonderful.
