Rawalpindi serves a variety of Indian dishes at their restaurant. A takeaway menu is also provided.

Reviews for Rawalpindi

Cant believe anyone who has eaten at this resturaunt thinks the food is good.
The chicken chaat was cold and served with a disgusting sweet and sour sauce you would expect to find in a chinese food chain. The main courses aren't much better .The decor is old could be doing with a lick of paint staff aren't the most pleasant either.I certainly won't be eating there again.

Been here a few times but was amazed by the new look the whole restaurant has been updated and creates a very warm and cosy atmosphere food was excellent and staff were both welcoming and friendly.

The food is okay but there is no time left between courses. As soon as you have finished your starter the main course is placed in front of you. The staff are sour faced and grumpy and the whole place looks like it could do with a decent clean. Overall not recommended.

Great food, I am a lover of Indian cuisine and the Rawalpindi is probably my favourite Indian restaurant in the city centre.

South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken is to die for.

Located on Sauchiehall street this is definatel my favourite Indian restaurant in Glasgow. Everything about it gets top marks. The look, the food, the staff, the ambience, the price. The menu was incredibly well varied with lots of selections for vegetarians and even vegan options. The food was delicious and plentyful. The staff were very helpful without beinjg obtrusive. I would like to go here more often than I do, very highly recommended. An excellent restaurant with a great location, coming here can be a great start to a night out as you walk out into the city centre and it's selection of bars.

This has to be the best Indian resturant in Glasgow,Good clean resturant and nice relaxing and comfortable.Really helpful staff if you are not sure and good prices too.The quality of the meals are second to none and will for sure use this resturant as my main place..I cant recommend this place enough.

Would suggest treating this review with a pinsh of salt. Reviewer has reviewed three indian restaurants in Glasgow on the same date, giving two very highly though off establishments one star and highly praising another. Can't review Rawalpindi as I haven't been but the dodgy reviews of two of the consistantly best indian restaurants in the city places doubt on this review.

I would also agree. I and my husband have been sick the last two times that we've gone to Rawalpindi (the second time we went politely with people who wanted to go).

Anyway, yes...not the cleanest place in the world, I like to rate a restaurant by the cleanliness of their bathroom. The bathroom was pretty awful and smells of urine.

The food is reasonably priced but the staff sullen and a bit grumpy.
