Reviews for Nice n Sleazy

One of the best pubs in Glasgow with an excellent juke box. The live venue is great too.

Sleazy's! What a place... Excellent meet place for pre- gig drinks!

Sleazy's is a one-of-a-kind pub in Glasgow. This is where the cool kids hang, I mean not trendy emo types (ok, there are a few) but the genuinely cool people who are into their music and just want to have a good time.

It's always busy on weekends but the atmosphere stays good however many bodies are packed in. Just don't expect to get a seat! The jukebox is one of the best in Glasgow in my opinion - it has stuff you will not hear anywhere else. I always spend about an hour choosing songs, which can get infuriating.

The drink selection is fairly good. I would recommend the black or white russians at only £2, but don't drink more than two or three of the white ones or you'll feel a bit sick. The food in here is really good, much better than you'd expect. It's veggie heaven and a lot of the dishes are vegan also. The sweet potato burrito and veg lasagne are to die for, and don't forget to order a portion of curly fries.

Nice and Sleazy's is more of an institution than a bar really. They even have their own t-shirts in various designs, all very cool. With gigs on all the time and a great open mic night on Mondays, it's a place to eat, drink and people-watch any time of the week.

Nice n Sleazys could be mistaken for disused public toilets, but look behind the disarray and it's actually a really decent rock pub. The food is cheap as chips (literally) and the downstairs music venue is a great spot for atmospheric chill-out music. The pool tables up the back are pretty good, and although the seats are falling to bits they're comfy at least! A great pre-king tuts venue, if a bit far away from other rocking bars.

Nice n Sleazy is located on Sauchihall street in the centre of Glasgow. He has a good atmosphere and caters for the rock / alternative music tastes. There is a good firendly bar upstairs and lots of gigs held in the room downstairs. Lots of small bands start out playing in the room downstairs and this may give you the chance to see the stars of tomororw. Good place to hang out with friends any day of the week. Pick a night choose a band and go and have a different nightout in Glasgow if you are used to the same old places.

Located in the middle of Sauciehall street this pub is perfect for those into their indie or alternative music. It hosts regular music gigs as well as open mic nights, which are held downstairs in the music aread with bar and small stage. There is also a pool table and a jukebox that has an abundance of CDs in for you to choose from. The drinks are well priced and it has a decent selection. If you are going to this place then my advice would be to head in early as it fills up very quickly at nights and it can often be hard to get a seat!
