I have spent quite allot of money in mansons over the last few years. recently I had a minor problem with one of my guitars so I took it back for the routine service they promised me. I am sorry to say that the attitude and response of the staff to this minor problem was very poor indeed. I was aware they were quite an expensive company to purchase from compared to other local music shops, but assumed the back up and service would be great. Well I can tell you that it is not great at all....

Well I can tell you that it is not great at all. I had to go to another near by music shop to get the problem rectified. needless to say I will not be going back
