Over the past few years the service from this particular Pizza Hut seems to have been improving. Occasionally they do slip but overall I feel the service and food quality has increased.

I think the catalyst for this was the opening of the Domino's takeaway about 100 metres down the same street. After that the service standards seemed to increase dramatically. Prior to that we often received late and cold food and there were many mistakes.

By offering online ordering I can now ensure that my order is exactly correct and that I have proof of this. I've found telephone orders tend not to be quite as accurate. Lately all of my orders have arrived within the specified time period, as ordered and nice and hot. Hope the improvement continues!
