This is a great little place. We always have a christmas meal here as a sports club group, and would not go anywhere else for this occasion. The drawbacks first, are that the place is pretty small, bar and eating area, but very small place, along a very thin country lane. Parking is difficult as it is a badly lit lane, and not easy to negotiate or turn round if necessary. BUT on the other hand, the meals here are absolutely lovely, staff are extremely helpful and cooperative, and this more than makes up for the parking difficulties. Excellent selection of meals, mostly pub style, but at the higher end of the scale, with excellent choice, very good value for money, and you are assured of a great evening out if you are hungry. Large portions, good wine, perfect.
