As you go up the hill towards the Diamond and the Townhall you'll find the Golden Arrow on the left hand side about halfway up. Its generally only open during shopping hours.
You'll get a grear fish supper here plus, of course, all the other choices that you would expect; i.e chicken, sausages, burgers, etc.
