Since my last review Wendy's has undergone 3 changes in ownership.

It is now a much better place to get a bite to eat. The manager is really friendly and always smiling. While the other staff aren't always great (forgetting details of your order, or getting the price wrong) they try their best!

Catherine Fisheries has closed down, the owner suffering from ill health. The improvements at Wendy's therefore are a welcome addition to the Elland fish and chip market!

See my other review for Cathrine Fisheries, it's only 100 years up the road and much nicer.

I'm not keen on 'Wendy's' food, the shop is small & cramped and the two steep steps to get in really aren't pram friendly.
