i have been a customer of lily west for a long time and read this awful revewer and thought this girl must be awful her self The flowers are creative and the girls listen to what you want . i have also done lily west workshop which was so much fun and learned lots that i booked in to 3 I would recommend lily west to everyone

I went in for mothers day flower and the lady was unbelievely rude, she gave made me an expensive bunch and I looked at them outside the shop, most were dead and the others were on their way out. I went straight back in to ask for my money back, she refused, took the flowers and told me to get out her shop! I was so shocked that I couldn't even find the words to argue. I would not recomment it.
