I eat here at least every two weeks both at lunchtimes and early evening. Very friendly and efficient service and very good food. The menu could do with changing a bit more often, but that is a minor issue.

It is definitely our favourite pre-theatre eatery. Booking advisable as it is very small and deservedly popular.

You really have to try Home Bistro, it is a unique experience - especially the toilets (but i won't spoil that suprise for you!). The food here is based on both traditional scottish and traditional british. There is a wide choice of dishes to select from and even though i'm quite a regular here, have never been served a dish that wasn't both impressive and delicious. The tastes are wonderful, as is the service. Its not a huge place, and it can get quite busy especially on the weekends or friday nights, but its most definately worth it! prices are fair considering the quality!

I have been to Home Bistro about 5 or 6 times now and it never dissapoints, it is excellent. It's quite wee and at first when we started going it was never that busy but word of mouth has obviously worked because the last few times we've been its been chokka.

The waiter is fab and so friendly but never hassling and the toilet is a sight to behold (in a good way!!)

The menu is Scottish/British and the food is really lovely, the menu doesn't change that often but it really is fab!

I would highly recommend this place, it's excellent.
