I went to Sygn when I was in Edinburgh attending a conference for work - there were 15 people from the conference and we were all served promptly by the friendly staff. Despite not really knowing each other well, the comfy seating booths and relaxed atmosphere meant we had a great time.
The food and drink were excellent, and when we moved from the restaurant area back into the bar they were happy to reserve a section for us.

The food and drink were excellent, and when we moved from the restaurant area back into the bar they were happy to reserve a section for us.
Nicely located in the theatre district, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the royal mile and a very pleasant night out.
