Reviews for The Old Waverley Hotel

The Old Waverley appears to defy economics by offering a three course set menu on Princes Street for only £9.99. The hotel's restaurant is large and formal, with good views out to the street and towards the Scott memorial. There are three choices for each course ( the 'Mystery Desert' appears invariably to be Sticky Toffee pudding ), all with vegetarian options. The waiter was quick and cheery, though the restaurant was surprisingly empty. Well worth a visit when compared to many of the overpriced establishments in the area.
