Thanks very much for your response Mary. I have no doubt that the majority of your customers have an excellent service but I would imagine you would be just as interested in the poor experiences. Unfortunately, the staff seemed very disntersested and unhelpful at the time and the food was perhaps not of the quality we had expected given the classy outlook and image of the cafe itself. I would like to add that your offer to return for a complimentary drink proves that you do take customer service very seriously but as I live in south Wales, I will not be able to take you up on your offer however the offer is very much appreciated. I should also like to apologise for possibly tarnishing what seems to be an excellent reputation for Always Sunday and realise that initially, I should have come to yourself as owner directly and not made my opinions so readily available for public reading.
