The Rutland has recently had a refurbishment - June 08 was the reopening - and it has gone up market and swanky - and is fab! Gone are the days of the traditional pub menu and feel. There is a great new menu on offer with a lot of local produce, and stylish meals. Staff were falling over themself to help and cater to what we wanted. We stopped by for lunch and were highly impressed, cant wait to get back.
