Platinum Connect rang Pakistan from my phone! 23rd March 2009

I gave my mobile phone in for repair at Platinum Connect and they failed to repair it and secretly ran up £32 worth of phone bills on my phone phoning 5 different numbers in Pakistan! My husband went in with the phone bill when it came and they eventually gave us back the money for the calls to Pakistan but didn't give us back the £15 repair charge - although the phone still had it's fault. We let the police know what happened as we felt it was a huge breach of trust and didn't want it to happen to anyone else.
