Situated in Gilesgate near to Kwik Save, it is very easy to find and Kwik Save has a fairly large free car park that can be used.
The curry, rice and chips took about 20 minutes to cook, which I thought was fairly reasonable, and they take telephone orders so you don't have to stand around waiting.
The food was nice, but not the best Chinese food I've ever had, the rice was quite bland and the chicken curry was a little watery. That said, the meal was still nice and I would probably go agin.
The service was polite and friendly from start to finish.

The map places this in the wrong location, it is actually on Sunderland Road, Gilesgate, just opposite Wynyard Grove. This is one of the nicer Chinese Takeaways in Durham with particularly good fried rices (huge portions!). It had a bad reputation but in the last year has come under new management, hence the sudden turn-around.
