Shehzad Restaurant

I have ordered both take-away and had a meal inside this restaurant several times and if i'm being honest, i am not impressed. On first appearance, the restaurant gives the impression of tasty food and good customer service/care, but my experiences have told otherwise. When sitting-in the restaurant for a meal, the portion sizes were very small - amost child-like sizes. The prices are very high for the food and portions you are served. The worst experience was when ordering a home delivery take-away meal. My partner and I ordered our meals and after a staggering wait of, 1 hour and 45 minutes the meals were delivered cold! Everything was cold! On top of that the food wasn't up to standard. The nann bread was very sticky and doughy and the main meal currys were of a poor standard. The only thing we enjoyed were the poppadoms! For a second time we ordered from this restaurant thinking maybe the first time was just a busy period and we were unlucky... Unfortunatly not! For a second time our food took over 90 minutes to arrive, although instead of being cold, this time it was at least warm.. However, it was no-where near warm enough to even eat and we still had to microwave everything! Everytime my partner and i have visited or ordered from this restaurant we have been disappointed and the quality of the food has been extremely disappointing.
