Now Tonic
This is a tiny little pub popular with students. It was renamed as Tonic and given a makeover. The pub now seems to have a bit of a nautical theme with portholes and dark wood tables, but thankfully it’s not excessive! The menu here mainly consists of burgers, they range from normal to quite weird and wonderful. If you like burgers eat here, if you don’t you won’t find much else on the menu to your liking. The portions are very generous and service is quite quick, this makes it popular with students (and even lecturers) for lunch. Drinks are reasonably priced too but if you want a table there in the evening during semester you'll have to get there quite early.
