this place is always packed when i go in. and you have to queue up for so long. and when your in need of food. you just want to sit down and wait. and it hasnt got the facities for that.
food wise its nice. just like any over pizza hut around thw world. service is brilliant, becuase u would always have staff coming up to you to ask if need any thing.
if your going to go into pizza hut. your best off getting the buffet. any other order will take its time to come.

This pizza hut does get very busy on occasions with it being right in the city centre, especially during the summer holidays. I do feel that they need more staff on when it is these busy occasions as ordering takes a while sometimes. The food and level of service was good, some things are a little over priced but it is in the city centre. It can work out to be an expensive meal out! The kids seen to enjoy it and they like the food, but its not just for kids it’s a good place to go if your meeting up with a few friends as during the week – not in the holidays its not too busy if you time it right

My family's trip to pizza hut was a good but tiring one. Obviously the food was lovely but the service left one to be desired. It was barely busy yet the waitresses stood around talking. We had to wait 20 mins before we ordered. Also when the food came the waitress dropped the starters. Then just to go over the edge th ewaitress was cheeky enough to ask for a tip. My advice is go there for the food be be prepared for the service.
