Samosas for 30p!
Very reasonably priced good food to take away or eat in. The decor isnt much but cannot fault the food.

As said by the other posts a great place if you have a sweet tooth! reasonable prices and a very dood selection of things on offer. Friendly and helpfull staff

If you have a sweet tooth or just generally like Indian cuisine the Standard Sweet Centre is for you. The only flaw is that the interior is rather shabby. They serve a large selection of things. The Indian sweets are barfi, jalibee, bissan, flab jamen, ladoo, rasmali and plenty of others. The other typical Indian foods include samosas, spring rolls, chapati, naan, dhaal, sabji, seemia and also many others. They are reasonably priced and taste good. But the only issue is as before the interior and also limited seating for only 12. Overall I would give it about 7 out of 10. I would recommend it but I think you may need an acquired taste of Indian cuisine and have a very sweet tooth. It can get very crowded though and at the weekend there can be queues outside the door which are tiring and make you want to walk away. Also the staff are about average but in some there is a language barrier of Indian. So overall I would reccomend Standard Sweet Centre but for a takeway snack with a reasonable price tag.
