The Yarrow Bridge is attached to a Premier Lodge hotel. It has a permanent offer of 2 meals for £10, which strikes a chord with all of us for a cheap and cheerful meal out, in these lean times. On arraival you choose your own table and I defy anyone to find one that is not sticky and dirty! You then choose your meal and order at the bar. The staff are exceptional, being helpful and polite, but the whole place needs a good clean. The food arrives and we end up with someones from another table. The waiter then feels the mash potato with his finger and deems the food 'still warm'. Not a place for high end dining.
