I used to live very nearby Loggins and I often used it for convenience. It's basically a petrol station shop trying to be a supermarket and gave the impression of cutting every corner it possibly could. I can't be sure but I always suspected that it was splitting multi packs for resale and one of it's staff told me (again unconfirmed) that if free gifts were attached to branded items they were told to take them off and put on sale seperately.
