Well as a former worker and a customer, the management are not the most pleasant and expect you to work past your finishing time this is because they were always short of staff and so the place was never tidy on time. Anyway if you have ever shopped in a Tkmaxx you will know its not the most tidiest of stores, its jam packed full of clothes and any other items they sell.. There is normally a queue at the fitting room, which quickly dies down, as there is approximately 10 female changing rooms and 5 male changing rooms. The biggest problem is lack of staff, you can stand in a queue for a good half an hour sometimes, because some customers do buy 100's of pounds of stuff. As I said before everything is crammed on to the rails and shelves that you're likely to move something and not get it back into its space. But if your fortunate enough and can be bothered to take your time and look you will actually get a bargain.
