The Sitar, located on Springfield Road is a fairly small restaurant and has a more cosy traditional Indian Restaurant feel to it than some of the others in town which have had a refurb. The food is always hot and tasty, in all the time I have been going there I have never had a bad meal or bad service. The staff are all extreemly friendly and helpful. There is a take away also which is great and the food is usually read when they say it will be. The only down side I would say is the parking (well it is Springfield Road), however you can usually park a little way up in the MOT Centre. If you haven't already tried it then you really should!
