Reviews for Mint & Mustard
Some of the food is a bit on the strong side, in that they use a lot of spices that are a bit different to the average curry, also it's a little more expensive than your average takeaway.
However, it's clear that they use good ingredients and take a bit of extra care in their preparation, some of the food is really good.
I had heard that this restaurant was the place to go as it had won lots of awards recently and was doing indian dishes with a new twist. If you are looking for something new then like me you won't be disappointed. I found the new take on traditional Indian cuisine quite fascinating and of course tasty. I am not the world's greatest restaurant critic so i would suggest you visit their website for better descriptions than i could give. But i would recommend the interesting things they do with salmon, an amazing mini lamb shank and as i like lamb, the same in a curry with shards of crispy coconut.
it's all presented with a deft touch and the waiters are smart and very polite.
