If you live in Canterbury or are just visting you need to try out not only cafe des amis du mexique but also their other establishment cafe maureque......(try the cakes they are delicious!!!) Myself and my friends and family all love this place loads.

You will always receive brilliant service, a great atmosphere and most importantly terrific food......i would say you should try the fajhitas which i suppose is quite normal for people going to a mexican...but honestly they just taste sooooooo good!!! but also tapas is gorgeous.... and you have to try their truffles....gorgeous!!!!

They do some great special offers, and its just a great place - try it out.

We have been eating here as often as we can for the last 15 years. Fantastic atmoshpere and staff - consistant delicious menu. Great cocktails and fab for groups or families. Good value. Requested as a dining venue by so many friends.
