The food is lovely the service is very good and quite quick. The people there are really helpful and friendly. Perhaps the best curry house in Canterbury and the local area. Unlike most nice restaurants, the price isn't a rip of. Also there is a lot of selection on the menu, so there is a wide range of spicy and less spicy food, so it fits everyones taste.
A definate must go, for anyone who likes indian food, and a pleasant and relaxed restaurant.

I love this restaurant, the service was great and the food was exceptionally wonderful,
I would personally rate this place 5 stars!!!
I think it is soooooo much better than the Anciant Raj.

I found this restaurant not too good at all....we had six in our party and although 4 of us were pretty satisfied, myself and my friend both had horrible meals, we both had a chicken tikka masala and the chicken was so dry it was unbelivable and it was lukewarm..... was not nice at all....but then the other 4 members of the party enjoyed there food.
I did find it slightly more expensive than our local indian.
I have since heard from other friends of mine that they have had bad experiences also....again funnily enough with chicken dishes..... maybe its just me and my friends being too fussy...haha I agree though with one of the previous reveiws in the fact that there are much better indians in canterbury

The food is ok, but it's more pricey than other indians in Canterbury. I prefer The Kashmir Tandoori on Palace Street(absolutely the best curry house in Canterbury) or The Ancient Raj. Nice modern looking restaurant though, and right on the high street.
