HOT NEW LOOK REVEALS CHILL
Chicago Rock Cafe, Canterbury is set to receive a massive £1.5m refurbishment that will completely transform the venue to reveal a stunning new club called, Chill.
Due to open on Thursday 10th July for VIP invite holders only and to the full public on Friday 11th, Chill will offer young clubbers a trendy and modern venue to drink, dance and meet people. Detailed graphic representations reveal a high quality finish from the speckled-black dance-floor to the white leather seating areas. Highly-polished chrome fittings and private booth areas are complimented by a highly sophisticated and state-of-the-art sound and lighting system.
Even the front of the building ‘dances’ with animation as the stylish etchings on the glass front are illuminated by dramatic coloured lighting designed to create a hypnotic effect. The contemporary look venue hopes to offer a totally different late night entertainment experience for Canterbury says general manager, John Tierney.
“Chill will be a stylish and trendy place for local people that has some of the best facilities of any club in the UK. When people walk through the doors in July, they will not be able to recognise the place but it’s not just the image that we’ve changed. Part of the investment is geared towards the level of service our customers receive that we aim to meet 1st class standards.”
Chill will also attract top entertainment including DJs and mainstream performance artists. It will also launch a brand new Vibe RnB session on a Thursday night that will bring entertainment such as Tim Westwood, Shortee Blitz, Trevor Nelson as well as US artist Soulja Boy, Joe and Mario.
John adds: “Our commitment to making Chill one of the best clubs in the area extends to every aspect of our customer and staff experience, making it a popular place to visit as well as work.”
Further information about the launch will be revealed shortly and the website will go live soon at www.chill-nightclub.com
