Great cinema, love their cheap tuesdays (tickets for half price) and the seats are big and comfortable (unlike Vues small plastic seats) and pretty much every view is good as the seats are placed on a slope, so not all on the same flat floor as Vue. Haven't been to Vue since Cineworld came allong and its been a good 4 odd years since it came here.

I was so happy when they built Cineworld, having lived in Cambridge all my life and only having the one, small cinema to go to in the whole of the city!

Cineworld is a very spacious cinema, very clean, with lots of toilets so you are never kept waiting in a queue. There are 3 big screens, the rest are small but the helpful attendants can always tell you in advance so that you know which one you may end up in.

There is a very large lobby area where you wait to go in to the screens, but it is lacking in seats which I find very irritating.
There are facilities to buy food and drink n the lobby but it is very very overpriced and not that good - I had nachos and cheese and it just tasted plain and like plastic. There is nearly always a long queue there which is annoying if you aren't running to time as you may miss the film.

It does require 2 bus journeys to get there which is a bit of a pain but it is definitely worth it.
