We had our party at the Railway Tavern last night (18th July 09). Credit where credit's due, Kingsley the Landlord put on a fantastic evening for us. We had 135 people come for what was an evening do (6.30-well after midnight). We booked out the back bar and the huge beer garden where we had a bouncy castle and the kids could run around. Plenty of room for the disco. We ordered a Hog Roast which was fantastic and seemed to last for ever! The buffet was great with loads of variety (mussels, roast potatoes, salmon) and plenty enough for people to go up for seconds. The staff were friendly, well turned out and couldn't do enough for us. It was our 10th anniversary and our daughter's first communion so special occasions which were matched by a special night.
