Reviews for Boston Tea Party

This coffee shop is located on the busy Park Street in Bristol & has several eating areas – a bar on ground level, an eating area upstairs & a garden out back (with patio heaters) which is great in the summer months. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere - sofas & chairs. An ideal student hangout for the big University population. Good range of coffees & very yummy cakes. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere is very laid-back & casual. Can get very busy during lunch-hours, but well worth checking out for a mid-morning coffee break. One of Park Street’s many coffee shops, but a class above the mass market chains.

A friend who is a regular here took me for a drink.
I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Although there are many places to sit (downstairs at bar stools and chairs, outside in their heated garden and upstairs at tables and sofas) it was bustling with a friendly hum. It was a lovely sunny day so most of the tables were full outside. I had a chai milkshake, which I hadn't tried before and realy liked it.

We stumbled upon this place on a wet saturday afternoon, so it was very crowded, but seats soon became available. The staff were very friendly. The sandwiches and soup that our group had were all very good, and the mocha was very tasty. Made with chocolate syrup I think, but it was sickly sweet like some can be.
Will go there again when next in Bristol.

This place has been around since I can't remember when. Serving the best coffee in town on Park St long before it was as trendy as it is today.

This is a hangout for students and other boho city types. Relax alone reading the papers, or the perfect place to meet friends and lounge around on their sofas upstairs. Get some healthy and delicious food, a tasty sandwich or a wicked cake. I thoroughly recommend you check out the white chocolate cheesecake if it's on the menu.

A truly legendary Bristol hangout.
