Chav central, you will find no normal person in this place, just chavs. If you do spot a normal person they have never been there before and will soon be leaving.

Lots of fights

Over crowded, almost got crushed walking to the bar.

Rude staff
It's a bar, you do not have to pay to get in but the bouncers still insist they write on you?!!

Glass ALL over the floor, I know this can't be helped but maybe it will be an idea to give plastic cups if you have mainly chavs?

Lots of underage people in there.

only thing I will say is I had all of my drinks for free when I went in, maybe from an over excited barman who had never seen a normal person, and only served chavs all night.

absoloutly TERRIBLE. If you're from Knowle West you will love it.

I have played with my band at BSB waterside on several occasions.

At one-before-last gig we played, the management tried to underpay us (i.e. pay us less than previously agreed.)

At the last gig, they simply refused to pay us, on the ground that there was not enough money in the tills. This was a on a busy Thursday night.

I don't think they would find it acceptable if a punter ordered a drink and did not pay for it; yet, somehow they find it acceptable to treat artists this way.

The new management at BSB Are just a breath of fresh air and exactly what the water front needs, they are catering for your needs and listening to what you have to say. The food is excellent as is the service. Great staff, clean fun place to be, they have refurbished to a high standard and have welcomed famillies and party goers alike. Live bands also have been introduced making the atmosphere amazing.

I understand this place underwent a change of management in july 2008. If so the new owners have done a great job.
New furniture, fittings,large screen tvs,redecorated and updated.
Good variety of food served all day from breakfast until 8.00 ish.Loads of different beers, lagers, wines and spirits.
DJ at weekends and also live entertainment once or twice per week with a jazz band on Sunday lunch times.Other times large screen tv/video music playing
This place is really lively and open til late on Friday and Saturday.
Definitely worth a visit.
