just wanted to say i found this gym extremely friendly, the friendliest and most helpfull gym i have been to.
All the staff seem to care about my fitness and looking after my membership, and the classes are brilliant with great instructors.
I don't feel intimidated at Alive at all and i can really get on with my workout with the (free) help of the instructors.
The fact that this gym has no contract is even better and the price is the cheapest around. I couldn't speak highly...
