Suprisingly good!
Cafe Paradiso is part of the Seattle Hotel; which is surprising as it is not your normal hotel restaurant.
It is very like a large ball room with high ceilings, glass frontage and big silver air con pipes (topped off with some interesting lighting).
There is a good selection of wines ranging and food. The menu is good but I was in the mood for healthy and there was a severe shortage of greenery and salads. I ended up with 2 side dishes which were very yummy (tomato salad and roasted veg). My friend had the sea bass which was perfect (it would also have benefitted with more veg).
The mains are lovely but once you add side dishes of veg, olives, wine and other bits and bobs the bill could add up to more than you realised.
I have been three times in the last 2/3 years and have always enjoyed it. However there always seems to be a very loud speaking man situated behind me (usually big-noting it to a colleague or girlfriend).. I'm not sure if due to the sound carrying or my misfortune.
