Cafe Rouge is a chain of Brasserie-style restaurants serving a range of light meals and drinks within a French atmosphere. There is a large choice of dishes as well as hot and cold drinks which makes this restaurant a good stop off point for tea and snacks rather than grand dinners.

Reviews for Cafe Rouge

I went to the cafe rouge with some friends and used some tesco clubcard deals vouchers and I must say I would not have paid the prices on the menu for the quality of food that was served to us. It was ok, nothing more and did not reflect value for money at all. Thank goodness we only paid half of the bill in cash and the other half with the vouchers, I would have been unhappy if I had to pay the full price, its no better than mc donalds.

Good food - efficient, friendly (normally e. european) service. Feels cramped when busy. Average value for money. Good variety (look out for the specials board) on the menu and good drinks range.
