Perfect for a reasonably priced meal of good quality. I love the restaurant concept, canteen style layout and electronic ordering, it is like a bit like top notch fast food! I especially like how you can order as much green tea as you like for free. The only issue i have is their lack of help with allergies. Being allergic to peppers, obviously this becomes an issue with stir fry noodles. Theres no cooperation with this kind of issue and i cant really see why seen as the dishes are cooked...

Wagamama in kensington street, brighton is a fun restaurant that makes you mix with people whilst dining. The style of the long bench tables means that you cannot just hide in the corner and be antisocial, you have to become part of the experience, a bit like being back at school with better food really. So it is not for you if you are after a quiet meal on your own, its busy and buzzing. Not a romantic night out.
They have a good selection of vegetarian dishes on the menu and you really do need to love noodles if you are going to eat here. The kids menu is good and it is a child friendly restaurant . The dishes are all cooked fresh to your order and while you do some times have to wait for your meal it is generally good enough to eat, staff can be over stretched at times.

I honestly don’t know how these guys do it. Yet another packed night, yet another 2-4-1 voucher, yet another terrific meal for peanuts! I have been to plenty of restaurants that don’t offer half as much variety on their menu as Wagamama (Pizza Express *cough*) and with even twice their number of staff and half their number of punters can’t deliver a decent meal. I still remember the first time I went there, I felt suspicious of the school canteen layout, and the fact they couldn’t cater for a food intolerance in our group left me a bit dubious. But now I realise Wagamama falls somewhere between restaurant and fast food and it does so excellently. With all the offers and vouchers you can get, you have nothing to lose really when you go back and try something new every time – even though you know your favourite is Chilli Chicken Ramen (or whatever). The thing that amazes me though, is that however packed out that place gets, it doesn’t seem to affect the food. I have never had a bad meal there and I have been there more times than I can count. It’s a great place to go with a big group of friends (although be prepared to be served at different times) or to start an evening out (but definitely remember to take chewing gum)!!!

The now well established Wagamama's can now be found in the city of Brighton and about time too! Wagamamas is an eating experience like no other - long 'school' style tables and benches, with numbered ordering along with excellent food. From a range of noodles, rice and fish dishes, it caters for all taste buds of all ages. Watch the shefs cook your food as you delve into some free green tea (upon request). My favourite is Chilli Beef Ramen, served in a large soup bowel. Well worth a visit!

I love the Wagamamas chain - the food is always delicious. I think the service is amazing - it always looks somewhat chaotic, but ends up being really fast!

My personal favourite is edamame (with chilli and garlic salt!) followed by chilli beef ramen. The gyoza side dishes are fab too, particularly the prawn and duck ones. I'm always tempted by dessert, but have never managed to save room...

Come here if you're looking for good healthy food of a consistent quality - fast! Maybe not the place for couples looking for a tete-a-tete due to the shared tables tho!

If you like noodles, you'll like Wagamama and they are opening more branches all the time. The dishes are mainly noodles, but they also do some rice dishes and all sorts of side plates - the steamed Edamame (soy beans) are delicious. Good, tasty food and not too expensive. Not everyone likes the long refectory style tables but that doesn't bother me. Also, the actual address of the one I use in brighton is: the argus building, 30 kensington street, off north road, brighton, BN1 4AJ
