I love this place, last came here for my 30th birthday last year and the food was as always, amazing. Have been visiting this place for several years, as I have family that lives on the south coast so anytime we are in brighton we always go here for a special occasion. The service here is great, always atentive and friendly, it has been given a makeover in the last couple of years and has three levels as opposed to when we first went years ago when there were only two levels to this place. Fabulous Chinese food, lots of choice on offer, always good quality. The atmosphere is always buzzing and its a popular spot for parties and special occasions. Set in the busy part of Brighton but it still retains its charm of the first time I went there. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brighton to visit Gars, their crispy duck is to die for!!

A very good, modern, airy Chinese restaurant. Tasty, fresh food with a good variety of choice. Serves all the favourites but just shies away from being a standard cliche ridden Chinese menu. Wonderful large, high-ceilinged room upstairs.
