this hotel is right on the sea front on the busy main road, so do not book in here if you want a quiet nights sleep. Mind you most of the hotels in brighton are on this busy sea front so you will have the same busy traffic noise till late at night. The hotel itself is old fashioned in decor and some of the basement rooms are really very dingy and musty smelling. Go for a good old sea view and book on the internet if you can to get a much much cheaper rate than if you just walk in off the street. There are worse places to stay in brighton and the breakfast is ok, but you do need to think about how much it will cost you to park your car and add this to you costs..

Great location for a hotel, on Brighton seafront but still very close to town. It is often hyped as being quite an upper class hotel but it isn't breathtaking or anything so don't expect buckingham palace. It is very nice though and they are a reliable brand of hotel which you can definitely trust. They also have some good offers if you book online so always check for discounts as they often have reductions. Grand entrance hall but the rooms are pretty standard - nothing spectacular. Nice breakfast, included in the price, smart and friendly staff, I would say that this is worth visiting.
